Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed the spacious standard double room for our 4-night stay, but disappointed with absent coffee amenities and low-quality lobby options. Perfect location to explore nearby restaurants, yet price seemed high. Consider bringing your own coffee for a better experience!

Insufficient lighting in the room

Front desk staff outstanding...wanted a cool place for wine and cheese and she went out of her way guiding me to a great place in old town. Place is dated, but rooms are big, shower's work well, location is great and it was cheap as hell. Only complaint was a group of Italian kids there for Easter break...very loud, but staff did their best to calm them down.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room. The bed was comfy, and there was decent space to move around. I liked that they had gluten-free bread for breakfast, a nice touch. The cleanliness was on point, and daily towel service kept things fresh. I did find the room a bit noisy at times, since the street sounds came through. Adding more electric plugs would be helpful too, I ended up searching for places to charge my devices.

Rooms with fewer facilities had a contemporary atmosphere...

The location was perfect, it was close to the main shopping street, to the riviera and its luxury hotels. There were also many parking garages nearby.

We enjoyed the prime location near the beach and loved wandering over to Avenue Jean Medecin for some family shopping. The kids had a blast at the nearby park, and we appreciated the friendly staff who helped us with our many inquiries .

The personal was very serviceminded and helpfull.The room was comfortable and nice,very sentral and close to beaches and city. The price was ok.

This is newly renovated hotel in a typical old Nice city building. Minimalistic approach to the new interior design. Everything brand new in room and bathroom, very comfortable bed 1 double and 1 single in room. Elevator small essential to get luggage to bedrooms, works well. Breakfast on ground floor, very clean, 9 Euros,not a cooked breakfast, cold meats,cereal etc., self service. Ground Floor serves as small Reception, large Breakfast area and general entry. Hotel situated 5 mins walk to old part of Nice and to sea front and Promenade de Anglaise. Excellent value for money. Would definately stay again.

Everything, there was nothing about this hotel to find fault with.

I really appreciated the free beach towels they offered, along with the help from a friendly staff member who sorted out my tricky TV remote! The hotel had some nice spots to unwind, especially the cozy lounge area and a lovely patio perfect for relaxing evenings. It was a bit annoying that they didn't provide info about parking options, but overall, I felt safe and comfortable here. 😊

The hotel was pleasant and the location was particularly good and perfect just off Old Town, and many restaurants. They gave me superior double room with an extremely large, a kettle and balcony. I had a good time.
